Where is my package?

If you have not received an order or shipment confirmation, check the spam in your inbox!

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you have placed your order.

Order processing time is usually 1-2 days unless otherwise specified on our website.

When the order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation which includes the tracking number (in small print).

If you have the post office's app, you will automatically receive the shipment in the app. Alternatively, enter the tracking number on Posten/Bring's websites to see where your package is.

We ask everyone who uses delivery to a postbox to have their name clearly written on the postbox, otherwise it will be sent back.
