We are a Norwegian online store that sells to the Norwegian market. All our watches are sent from our warehouse in Norway. Delivery time 1-3 days from when they are sent.
What type of movement is used in the clocks?
We use original Seiko movements in all watches.
All watches have automatic Seiko NH movements except the Daytona models which have Seiko VK movements (mecha-quartz)
Are the watches water resistant?
The water resistance of our watches is 5ATM . Many people may think that a watch with water protection 5 ATM (50 m) can withstand diving down to depths of 50 meters, but that is not true!
3 ATM: The watch must not be exposed to water
3 - 5 ATM: The watch can withstand water splashes
10 ATM: You can shower, bathe or swim clockwise
> 20 ATM: You can snorkel/dive clockwise
*Always make sure that the crown is always screwed all the way back, otherwise the watch is not tight.
The water resistance of a watch can weaken over time as a result of the aging of gaskets or due to blows against parts that protect against water such as the crown.
Regardless of water protection, you should never use the watch's functions under water and preferably avoid very humid environments.
Water damage will not be refunded or compensated as this is obviously due to misuse.
Do I have to pay customs duties and VAT?
The price stated on our watches includes VAT. You pay no customs duty. The total amount in the checkout is all you pay.
Do the watches need service?
Since we use original quality Seiko movements, you can expect that the watches will only need servicing approx. every three years with normal use. But we have no service guarantee on the watches.
